The life of States has become so complex, not only in domestic affairs
but also in relations between them, that there is always an element of
unpredictability in the events which confront them. It is the duty of those
in power to minimize that element of unpredictability as much as possible
in order to successfully conduct policies in keeping with the commitments
made before their peoples.

Cameroon Assists Haïti
In addition, the President of the Republic, His Excellency Paul BIYA, who on January 15, 2010 addressed a message of condolence to the President and the brotherly people of Haïti, has disbursed the amount of 1 million dollars, that is 500 million F CFA to assist them.
